Fresh bread is an everyday luxury. Nothing can replace the aroma of a loaf straight from the oven, or the heat that penetrates the paper bag as you hold it close. Interlude takes pride in serving French style bread such as a crusty baguette, as well as thinner fiscelle and classic pain de mie.

Other popular specialty products include fruit loaf, sourdough, rye and a selection of sandwich and dinner rolls.

All of our bread is delivered daily (twice on busy days) from our local French Specialty Bakers, who take bread very seriously and use only the freshest of high quality ingredients.
